Six free warranty programs, at no extra cost
An inspection tells you the condition of the home on the day it was inspected. These go further. If something that was working then fails afterward, you're covered. All six come free with a full home inspection, through Inspector Services Group.
90-Day Warranty
$500 mechanical (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC) and $2,000 structural, with a $0 deductible. Runs 90 days from inspection or 22 days after closing, whichever is later.
SewerGard
Up to $2,000 each for water supply and waste line repairs. A sewer scope with a clear result stretches this from 90 days to six months.
MoldSafe
Up to $2,000 toward remediation if new visible mold appears after an inspection that reported none.
Platinum Roof Protection
Up to $3,000 in roof leak repairs for five years after your inspection, and it transfers if you sell.
RecallChek
A recalled appliance sits in about one in nine homes. Your appliances and HVAC get checked against a recall database, and you're emailed for as long as you own the home.
