Boaz Silverberg founded Home State Inspections to give Cincinnati-area buyers, sellers, and agents something simple: a thorough, honest look at a home's condition, explained in plain language, from someone who's easy to reach if a question comes up later.
Before inspecting homes, Boaz spent his career in production and manufacturing leadership, with a background in industrial engineering. That background isn't part of the inspection itself. It's why he approaches every walkthrough the same disciplined way: a consistent process, careful documentation, and no shortcuts, so nothing gets missed and nothing gets overstated.
Boaz is an Ohio state-licensed home inspector (License #OHI.2026002101), meeting the Ohio Construction Industry Licensing Board's requirements: training, the National Home Inspector Examination, and General Liability / Errors & Omissions insurance. He's based in Blue Ash and inspects homes throughout the Greater Cincinnati area.
He also holds an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, the federal certification required to operate a drone commercially.
